Creativity

•  KAI:  Michael  Kirton developed the KAI (Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory) to measure people on their style of creativity and problem solving.  This  assessment is valuable in helping people understand how they work and  think differently and generates insights to enrich diversity, team  dynamics, problem solving, ideation and personal development.

•  HBDI: The HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Inventory) provides insights into learning and thinking style preferences.  The assessment underscores the whole brain thinking model developed by Ned Herrmann.

•  KEYS:  Developed by the Center for Creative Leadership, this instrument is an organizational survey that assesses the climate for creativity and innovation that exists in a work group, division or organization.  It measures specific management practices that impact the work environment.
