About Michael

Michael P. Pitek, III

Michael P. Pitek, III

Michael has taken five areas of interest in his life (creativity, enthusiasm and passion, psychology, theatre, and working with people) and has woven them together to create a consulting business that focuses on turning potential into performance.

Combining his eclectic background with his entrepreneurial spirit, he’s developed a unique way to help people thrive.  He has had the good fortune to work with people on four different continents amidst a variety of cultures and beliefs, in multinational and small businesses, tapping creativity, enhancing personal expression, and coaching individuals toward personal fulfillment.

He plays a number of roles as he delivers his programs:  coach, consultant, facilitator, teacher/trainer, ideator, and guest speaker.  His style and impact has been described by clients as:

“gets the job done in the most innovative, energetic, and engaging way possible in the time frame slotted…”

“taking individuals and groups to a creative mindset - somewhere they’ve never been before--kind of like “Star Trek’-- to boldly go where no man has been before…”

“exciting and life changing that provides hope to people who are stuck in a rut!”

“pure positive energy…a coach optimizer…”

“an executive coach…a business co-pilot…”

“…caring, sensitive, energetically charismatic, spontaneous, and an engaging listener…”

“Michael’s energy and effectiveness is unlike that of any other trainer I have ever met.  He is able to deliver an impactful and life changing message to any crowd regardless of age, culture, position.”
